Community Financials Coupon Book
Dear Residents!
We have been notified by Community Financials that a coupon book will be arriving in your mailbox soon. You will be able to use these coupons when mailing in your monthly HOA payment. The coupon book is in lieu of the paper statement you previously received.
In the meantime, if you need to mail in your HOA payment, please mail your payment to:

Make sure to include your account number on the check.
If you have already set up for online payment processing through your bank or Community Financials, you will not need to mail a check payment.
If you have any questions regarding your assessment payment, logging into the portal or how to make your payment, you may contact Community Financial at info@communityfinancials.com or 833-266-3646 and select option 2.
