HOA Payment Coupon Book for 2026
Dear Residents!
If you mail in your HOA monthly payment and would like to get a coupon book for 2026, please let Rita know via email: admin@riehoa.com or phone message: (559) 793-2685. Any request submitted after November 17, 2025, will not be processed.
In the meantime, if you need to mail in your HOA payment, please mail your payment to:

PO BOX 11014
San Jose, CA 95103-1014
Make the check payable to: River Island East, HOA, and make sure to include your account number on the check.
If you have already set up for online payment processing through your bank or Heritage Bank, you will NOT need a coupon book to mail in your payment.
