THE TRIBUTARY
River Island East Homeowners Association http://riehoa.com November 2019

I wasn’t planning on going for a run today, but those cops came out of nowhere!!!

Speaking of cops and robbers, STAY AWARE! There has been another break-in in our community! This time a window was broken in a locked car to get to the wallet full of credit cards and cash sitting inside. By the time the owner woke up the next morning and noticed the breach, credit card charges had been racked up at stores all over Tulare County. They move fast. Apparently, this is a common occurrence this time of year. Keep your doors locked! Keep your cars locked! Do not leave anything of value in your car even if it is locked, no iPhones, iPads, anything that can be turned into quick money. Make sure your door is locked to your garage. At this point, no safety action is too paranoid.

On that happy note, please do have a good time with your families and friends during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
