Halloween at the West Gate

Once again, River Island East will be hosting “Halloween at the West Gate.” In lieu of trick-or-treaters entering the complex, each year volunteering homeowners host a “get together” at the West Gate to treat all the ghosts and goblins of the neighborhood. It has become so popular, we seem to be hosting many other neighborhoods as well!
